The teacup "hasn’t got a name but she’s quite famous now, so I made her stay in today. I take her everywhere because she makes me feel at home. I used to have tea at home with my mother every day, you see. I’ve made a habit of drinking out of china because it makes me feel grounded. I don’t think it’s a good lifestyle to always be eating and drinking out of paper. It’s very wasteful.”

Rachel Bilson's Latest Gig: InStyle’s Fashion Editor!

Rachel Bilson just scored herself a monthly column as a fashion editor in InStyle.

The Q&A formatted article is called “Ask Rachel” and kicks off its inception with the May 2009 issue (Jennifer Garner is on this month's InStyle cover).

“I am not planning on quitting my day job to be a full-time fashion editor, although I am really enjoying it and it intrigues me very much,” Rachel tells WWD. “I’m actually flattered more than anything that people want to ask me questions about style. I am honored to do it.”

She adds, “I can talk about fashion all day long, and I am an avid InStyle reader so the relationship seemed perfect! This column is the best homework assignment ever!”

In the star’s first column, which will appear in InStyle’s May issue, she gives advice on everything from how to wear scarves in warm weather, to how to pair a big bag with a cocktail frock. Rachel also talks about must-have flats, and includes affordable brands like Lela Rose from Payless.

Lauren Conrad to Launch Clothing Line for Kohl's

One month after the 23-year-old designer announced that she was taking a hiatus from her upscale clothing line, the Hills star reveals that she is launching a brand-new apparel line for Kohl's department stores.

"It is a California chic line," she tells Usmagazine.com of the new brand, called LC Lauren Conrad. "It is a little more casual. They are basically trying to take that California style and make it accessible everywhere."

The line -- which will consist of only apparel at first but may expand to include shoes, jewelry, handbags, intimates and sleepwear -- will be available in October exclusively at Kohl's stores and on the store's website. The prices will range from $20 to $60.

"We are very excited to announce our partnership with Lauren Conrad, a pop culture icon whose style resonates with our contemporary customer," Don Brennan, the senior vice president of Kohl’s, told Us in a statement Monday.

He added: "We are confident the LC Lauren Conrad collection brings customers both the contemporary style and the world-class brands they want at a price that delivers incredible value."

So why did she decide to take time off from the Lauren Conrad Collection -- which is more expensive and only available in select boutiques -- to create the national Kohl's line.

"It was just kind of a battle I had because I wanted to do a higher-end line -- I wanted to do a contemporary line -- but I was also very aware that the reason I was able to do it at such a young age was because of fans that have supported the show and have supported me," Conrad tells Us. "So this was my way of being able to still do what I love and work with a great company and also make it accessible to the fans that made it possible in the first place."

Plus, the star admits that she has shopped at the store.

"My family has always shopped at Kohl's, so I've always known about them and I think that they do a really great job," Conrad says of the franchise, which has also partnered with designer Vera Wang.

Conrad's personal collection will be back next spring, and she tells Us that fans could pair styles from both of her lines.

"I like having more of an eclectic style where you mix high ends and more affordable pieces," she says. "It's great to be able to go to a store like Kohl's and get really good classic pieces and mix them into your wardrobe."

Yesterday, Kim Kardashian posted this image of a page from UsWeekly about Forever 21's new plus-size line which mentioned Kim. Apparently, this article really upset Kim. She ranted about it on her blog:

I feel that this clipping from Us Magazine is a bit misleading, so I wanted to comment on it.

I am a huge fan of Forever 21 and I'm very happy they have expanded their line to include a plus-size range, but I am not in that size category and this article makes it sound like I am! I am a curvy girl and I love my curves, but curvy and plus-sized are two very different things. I work really hard to maintain my curves while staying slim and healthy, so to be classed as a "fuller-figured woman" of extra large proportions is a little offensive.

For the record, I am a size 2, not 2XL.

For the record, Kim Kardashian is NOT a size 2. First Jennifer Love Hewitt, and now Kim Kardashian. Girls, let's be realistic.

Bravo has just announced a new reality series focusing on the high-end retail shop and celebrity favorite, Fred Segal.

"Fred Segal is a legendary retail haven synonymous with high fashion and style, and the fashionistas who work, shop and gossip at the store promise to have arresting, entertaining, colorful personalities and lives," said Bravo VP Frances Berwick on Tuesday.

The show is set in the retailer's Santa Monica location where viewers will witness the drama between dueling sales associates and diva fashionistas.

katy perry gets censored in saudi arabia

A blogger first noticed on a shopping trip in her new hometown of Saudi Arabia, that something seemed odd about Katy Perry's platinum-selling CD. The I Kissed A Girl singer poses in a 1940s style photo shoot on the cover of her album wearing retro bathing outfits - hardly risque here in the states, but quite another story in a place like Saudi Arabia. And in Saudi Arabia, those revealing costumes just won't do.

The most shocking part about Katy Perry's grand cover-up, is the length the Saudi government will go to prevent revealing flesh shots. Blogger Susie reports: "The Saudi government is actually paying religious police members of the Committee for the Protection of Virtue and Prevention of Vice (CVPVP) to remove the plastic wrap from these CDs, open up the CD cases, remove the front and back inserts, and carefully and painstakingly color in with a marker any photos baring exposed female flesh that is deemed objectionable."

As for her beauty routine, she says less is more most of the time, “Sometimes I feel prettier without makeup. You take it off and you’re like, ‘Oh, there I am!’” But there are exceptions to every rule. “Red lips make me feel sexy. Put on red lipstick and it brings out the vixen in you.”

disney lays down the law: jamie foxx apologizes to miley cyrus

Disney's PR people must be terrifying ...

Yesterday on The Late Show With David Letterman, Jamie Foxx apologized profusely to teen sensation Miley Cyrus for the many inappropriate things he said about her on his Sirius radio show on Sunday.

“I so apologize … and this is sincere,” Jamie said. “I am a comedian, and you guys know that whatever I say, I don’t mean any of it. And sometimes, as comedians, as we do, we go a little bit too far. I have a radio show… We’re really the black Howard Stern. We go at everybody. There was a situation with Miley Cyrus, and I just want to say, I apologize for what I said. I didn’t mean it maliciously. You know I’m a comedian. You know my heart. Miley, I apologize, so I’ll call you. I got a daughter too, so I completely understand.”"

On Foxx’s radio show, Foxxhole, Foxx, 41, asked: "Who is Miley Cyrus?"

As someone explained Cyrus is the star of the popular Hannah Montana franchise, Foxx quipped, "The one with all the gums? She's got to get a gum transplant!"

That's not the only piece of advice the Oscar winner handed down to the Disney powerhouse. Foxx also suggested that Cyrus "make a sex tape and grow up. Get like Britney Spears and do some heroin. Do like Lindsay lohan … and get some crack in your pipe … That's what I want."

Kendra Wilkinson, best known as Hugh Hefner's girlfriend (or 1/3 of his former girlfriends) on the Girls Next Door, is about to take a lesson from Jessica Simpson. Kendra is working on her own reality show, Kendra, which she describes as a cross between I Love Lucy and Jessica Simpson's former MTV show Newlyweds.

"The first couple episodes [show me] adjusting to my new life," she says of living outside the mansion with fiancé Hank Baskett. "Then it goes into the wedding."

On a recent mishap, Kendra explains:

"The first time I mailed something on my own, like a couple of months ago, I didn't put a stamp on it," Wilkinson, 23, tells Celebuzz of a recent revelation. "My mom, she was like, 'Are you serious?
